These post titles are extremely boring, I know! There’s also the fact that again, I haven’t posted this on a Sunday like I said I would! I went to do it yesterday, and got side tracked by not liking the current theme I had.
Anyway, weekly goals round 3! This weeks goals are simple, they are to get to the gym 4 times this week. Only 4?! Yes! I am going to have surgery (don’t worry, nothing major!) on Friday at 7am! So I can’t even go to the gym Friday morning, so I’ll have to go Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs. Hope I can do it! I’m unsure yet if I’ll be able to walk, and even I can, I might downgrade my steps to only 10k.
My second goal is kind of boring (well, all these goals probably seem a little boring to everyone who reads). It will be to keep tracking on MFP. I did a fantastic job last week, I tracked everything, and I’m super proud of myself, but I want to keep that up! I think it’ll be a little hard on Saturday though because while I’m recovering from my small surgery, a friend and I are going to The Cake Eating Company. I’ve had my eye on this place for awhile, but they only open on Saturdays! I finally have the day off (if only to recover…) so I think we’ll defo this this place up! TREAT.YO.SELF!
I’m going to try get 12k steps in those 4 gym days, too. I won’t be focusing heavy on it, it’s not a hard set goal or anything, but I am enjoying getting the steps! I got 12k steps 3 or 4 times last week! So pleased with myself!
My goals last week I all aced – of course there was only two. One to track on MFP, and another to not buy lunches! One day I was naughty and got a pie for breakfast (and added it to MFP and regretted it immediately) but nothing for lunch specifically. 😛
I’ve weighed myself twice in the past week, I know I gained weight over these past few months, I got back up to 117kg, but the first time I weighed I was down to 116.4 and now I’m down to 115.6kg. I think it really does come down to two things: Tracking so I’m aware of what I eat, and getting off my butt and actually trying to get my steps, as much as I hate cardio, it’s still important!
I have more news, but I’ll save that for another post, trying to keep these goal posts about goals only. 🙂
