This week I am broke as hell. Pft, who am I kidding? I’m always broke. But it’s my night to cook dinner, and I know Jared is totally over spag bol. So I headed over to the /r/Eatcheapandhealthy to try and find something a bit out of my comfort zone cooking wise but was also cheap. I saw this recipe and at first thought it was expensive as hell (In NZ, anyway) then I decided to modify it a bit to suit my budget. I know a lot of the original ingredients I should probably have in my cupboard, but I didn’t. So I skipped the “cornflour” part because I never use cornflour.
I talked last week a little about my new George Foreman Mix-n-go (whatever it’s called). This week I took pictures while I made a smoothie! I wanted it to be all fancy how you see those recipe bloggers do it. But I’m not a fancy recipe blogger. I’m not even a fancy blogger. I am Fancy though. Jokes.

The ingredients I used were:
- Half a lemon juice
- a green kiwi fruit (I don’t like golden)
- almond / coconut milk (I buy it pre mixed together, saves space!)
- two bobby bananas
- Plain yogurt. Which is actually very sweat and I should of gotten Greek instead
The main thing I hate about making smoothies is the mess I make. It’s not even that bad of a mess! But I dislike cleaning. 🙁
